Description

SQ-740002 3D Printing High-Strength, High-Toughness Resin, mainly used for dental models 3D printing, various anime toys 3D printing, rigid object 3D printing, and UV inkjet printing. The product features low viscosity, good hardness and toughness, scratch resistance, excellent pigment wetting, low shrinkage, strong adhesion, and fine detail reproduction.

Applications

3D printing of dental models, various anime toys, and rigid objects; UV inkjet printing.

Application Process

1. Confirm the 3D model file to be printed and perform slicing to generate the printable file.

2. Import the printing file into the 3D printer and select appropriate exposure parameters for printing (parameters may vary by printer and should be tested for optimal results).

3. After printing, use a spatula to remove the model and clean it with anhydrous ethanol to wash away any uncured resin on the surface. After cleaning, use an air gun or hair dryer to remove residual cleaning liquid.

4. Remove most of the supports before post-curing. After post-curing, remove the remaining supports and perform surface finishing.

Process Flow

Model file slicing → Import file into 3D printer → Print model → Clean surface residual resin with anhydrous ethanol → Post-curing to enhance performance

Precaution

1. Ensure the printed parts are fully cleaned and post-cured; otherwise, the performance of the printed objects may be affected.

2. Shake well before use. Wear gloves during operation to avoid direct contact, maintain a well-ventilated environment, keep away from light, and store at room temperature.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 1 kg / 5kg / 25 kg per drum
