SQ-813001 UV Sealer for Wood
Description
SQ-813001 is a high crosslink-density UV sealer designed for solid wood. It delivers excellent adhesion to wood substrates and between coating layers, effectively blocking the migration of natural wood oils. The coating cures quickly and provides a stable foundation for subsequent coatings.

Construction process
1. Clean the surface of the solid wood.
2. Apply the sealing primer by roller coating.
3. Cure under a UV mercury lamp.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 5KG/25KG/200KG per barrel
