SQ-710004 UV Casting/Transfer Coating for PC Substrates
Description
SQ-710004 is a one-component, UV-curable casting/transfer coating designed for forming textured or patterned surfaces directly onto PC substrates using various molds and structures. It supports both manual transfer with small molds and high-volume automated transfer using structured rollers or texture films.
Typical applications include decorative textures and surface forming for mobile phone screen protectors, laptop display protection films, home appliance panels, and other PC-based casings.
This product features excellent release properties, high gloss, superior leveling, UV aging resistance, and outstanding scratch and abrasion resistance.

Features
Excellent boiling water and weather resistance
Good resistance to yellowing and high transparency
Flexible, low shrinkage, high elongation
Applications
Textured decoration and surface forming for mobile phone films, laptop display protection films, and home appliance casings
Construction technology
1.Clean the substrate surface thoroughly.
2.Pour the coating into the metal mold and align it with the PC substrate. Use a roller to press and expel bubbles while ensuring full 3.coverage of the bonding area.
4.Cure with UV light at 265 nm or 395 nm wavelength; position the lamp as close as possible to accelerate curing.
5.Peel the PC substrate from the metal mold—the cured coating will release completely from the mold and adhere to the PC surface.
6.If curing is incomplete, continue UV irradiation until fully cured.
Construction process
Unwinding → Coating onto specially treated release film → Roller embossing with mold → UV curing → Release → Rewinding → Printing/ink application → Slitting → Forming → Injection molding → Removing surface polyester film → Applying hard coat layer
Precautions
1.Ensure sufficient UV energy is applied to achieve full curing; insufficient curing will affect performance.
2.Do not pour unused coating back into the original container. Store in a sealed container, away from light, at room temperature (≤30°C).
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Shelf life: 6 months under normal storage conditions (25°C, ventilated environment).
Packaging: 5 kg, 25 kg, 200kg per container.
Tips: SQ-710004 offers superior scratch and abrasion resistance along with excellent water resistance, making it ideal for high-end protective and decorative applications.
