SQ-705003 Matte Elastic Soft Touch PU Varnish
Description
SQ-705003 is a two-component specially modified PU matte varnish. It is applied by spraying/rolling and is used as a PU topcoat on substrates such as ABS, ABS+PC, PC and solid color primer. It has the characteristics of good adhesion to plastics, uniform matte finish and fine hand feel.

Applications
PU topcoat, matte clearcoat, and matte scratch-resistant coatings on plastic substrates
Construction method
1.Clean the workpiece surface thoroughly with white spirit or alcohol.
2.Spray the primer in a cross pattern, achieving a film thickness of 30–40 μm.
3.Bake in an oven at around 60°C for 10–15 minutes to allow the solvent to evaporate.
4.Cure at 80°C for 2 hours to complete the coating reaction.
5.Proceed to the next process step.
Precautions
1.Ensure that the matte UV coating absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve proper curing; insufficient curing may negatively affect the coating performance.
2.Do not pour leftover coating back into the original container. Store it sealed, protected from light, at room temperature.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/200KG/barrel
Tips:SQ-705003 has a delicate hand feel, uniform matte effect and good scratch resistance.
