SQ-705002 Excimer Soft Touch UV Varnish
Description
SQ-705002 is a UV-curable nanometer soft touch coating that uses nanotechnology. Upon curing under a excimer lamp, the coating forms micro-wrinkles on the surface, creating a delicate, skin-like texture. Designed for ABS, ABS+PC, PC, and solid-color primer substrates, it offers fast wrinkle formation, uniform matte finish, delicate hand-feel, and good scratch resistance.

Construction method
1 Spray the coating.
2 Expose to LED lamp (395 nm) for initial texture reaction (3–5 s).
3 Use excimer lamp to fix the skin-like texture.
4 UV cure (200–400 mJ/cm²) for complete solidification.
5 Inspect the finished product.
Precautions
1.Ensure that the matte UV coating absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve proper curing; insufficient curing may adversely affect coating performance.
2.Do not pour leftover coating back into the original container. Store it sealed, protected from light, at room temperature.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/200KG/barrel
