SQ-704003 One-component Silver Paint
Description
SQ-704002 is a thermosetting silver paint with excellent silver powder alignment, a strong metallic feel, and good hiding power for metallic pigments. It is alcohol-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and scratch-resistant, with excellent film hardness and excellent interlayer adhesion to ABS, PC, and ABS+PC substrates.

Applications
UV silver or solid-color primers for ABS, ABS+PC, and PC substrates
Construction method
1.Clean the workpiece surface thoroughly with white spirit or alcohol.
2.Spray the primer in a cross pattern, achieving a film thickness of 12–20 μm.
3.Bake in an oven at around 65°C for 10–15 minutes to ensure complete curing.
4.Proceed to the next process step.
Precautions
1.Ensure that the silver paint is fully cured during baking; insufficient curing may adversely affect coating performance.
2.Do not pour leftover paint back into the original container. Store it sealed, protected from light, at room temperature.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/200KG/barrel
Tips:SQ-704003 has good metal texture, good RCA resistance and alcohol resistance.
