SQ-704002 Hot stamping UV topcoat Varnish for plastics
Description
SQ-704002 is a UV modified acrylic topcoat varnish, which is used in UV topcoat on ABS, ABS+PC and PC substrates. It has good adhesion to plastics, high hardness, high leveling and fullness, and is resistant to boiling water. It can be hot stamped and silk-screened.

Construction method
1.Clean the workpiece surface thoroughly with white spirit or alcohol.
2.Spray the primer in a cross pattern, achieving a film thickness of 12–20 μm
3.Bake in an oven at around 65°C for 3–5 minutes to allow the solvent to evaporate.
4.Cure under a mercury lamp with an energy of 600 mJ/cm².
5.Proceed to the next process step.
Precautions
1. Ensure that the UV topcoat absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve optimal curing. Failure to do so may affect the coating's performance.
2. Do not return any remaining paint to its original packaging. Store it in a sealed container away from light and at room temperature.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/200KG/barrel
Tips:SQ-704002 can be recoated and is suitable for hot stamping and screen printing.
