SQ-704001 High Gloss UV Topcoat Varnish for ABS+PC
Description
SQ-704001 is a UV-modified acrylic topcoat designed for ABS, ABS+PC, and PC substrates. It offers excellent adhesion to plastics, high hardness, smooth and full leveling, and resistance to boiling water.

Applications
UV topcoat, UV clear coating on plastics
Construction method
1.Clean the workpiece surface thoroughly with white spirit or alcohol.
2.Spray the primer in a cross pattern, achieving a film thickness of 12–25 μm.
3.Bake in an oven at around 65°C for 3–5 minutes to allow the solvent to evaporate.
4.Cure under a mercury lamp with an energy of 600 mJ/cm².
5.Proceed to the next process step.
Precautions
1.Ensure that the UV primer absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve proper curing; insufficient curing may adversely affect coating performance.
2.Do not pour leftover primer back into the original container. Store it sealed, protected from light, at room temperature.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/200KG/barrel
Tips:SQ-704001 exhibits good leveling and fullness, and excellent resistance to boiling water.
