Description
SQ-720004 Nano UV hard Coating for glass hardware, with high hardness (6-9H), good wear resistance, good chemical resistance, high transparency, and steel wool resistance 100-500 times. The product can also be used to harden the surface of PC, PET, PMMA, PC/PMMA composite sheets and other sheets and film materials, and can be coated by spraying, shower coating, roller coating and other methods. The formed coating has good optical properties, does not produce rainbow streaks, has high cross-linking density, low curing shrinkage, high hardness, good wear resistance, and anti-graffiti properties.

Performance
1. Mainly used for hardening treatment on various stainless steel surfaces, glass surfaces, various optical coatings, water electroplating coatings, aluminum, magnesium, copper, zinc, aluminum alloy oxidized parts and other surfaces;
2. It can also be used for the care and maintenance of wood, bamboo products, ceramics, marble, cement, ceramic tiles, epoxy floor paint, various ancient buildings, and the surface of ancient furniture. It has the functions of repelling graffiti with oil-based pens and being easy to clean;
3. The product has the characteristics of oil-proof pen graffiti, easy to clean, smooth to the touch, and good wear resistance and scratch resistance;
4. It has good resistance to high and low temperatures, high humidity, chemical solvents, moisture resistance, and UV resistance. The product performance remains stable in harsh environments;
5. It has good resistance to staining of soy sauce, white vinegar, edible oil, black tea, coffee, wine, salt and other edible products, and the surface of the coating is not prone to stains or color differences.
Applications
Treatment of various stainless steel surfaces, glass surfaces, optical coatings, and water electroplating surfaces; surface care and maintenance of various ancient buildings and ancient furniture. It can provide oil-proof pen graffiti and easy cleaning functions.
Construction technology
1. Commonly used coating methods are shower coating, spray coating, dip coating, and rubbing coating. Please avoid exposure to sunlight;
2. The product does not require any pre-treatment (including dilution). It is recommended to shake before coating so that the product is evenly dispersed;
3. When coating, choose the appropriate coating method according to the actual situation;
4. Drying conditions: 180℃*60min. It can also be adjusted appropriately according to the condition of the wire. For large workpieces or products that are inconvenient for grilling, they can also be self-dried at room temperature, which dries slowly. Performance will be fully improved after 7 days;
5. After curing, cool the plate to room temperature and then measure its performance directly.
Precautions
This product contains flammable components, please pay attention to fire prevention during transportation, storage and use.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 1KG/5KG/25KG/barrel
