Description

SQ-735003 is a colorless, transparent OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) designed for bonding optical and transparent components. Its applications vary according to thickness and include e-paper, transparent device bonding, projection screen assembly, aerospace or military optical assemblies, display assembly, lens assembly, resistive touch screens (G+F+F, F+F), capacitive touch screens, panels, ICONs, and bonding of glass and polycarbonate materials. This adhesive is suitable for joining transparent optical elements such as lenses, offering high transparency (>90%), low curing shrinkage, and strong bonding strength. It can cure at room or moderate temperatures and is compatible with silicone rubber, acrylic resin, unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, and epoxy resins. Additional additives can be incorporated to enhance optical performance or reduce curing shrinkage.

Applications
Ideal for optical bonding of lenses, touch screens, display panels, projection screens, aerospace or military optical devices, e-paper, and other transparent electronic components.

Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Shelf life: 6 months under normal storage conditions (25°C, ventilated environment). Packaging: 5 kg, 25 kg, 200kg per container.

Tips: SQ-735003 is compatible with a variety of substrates including glass, polycarbonate, acrylic, and other plastics.
