Description
The SQ-734000 series comprises functional UV-curable peelable coatings that form a protective film with excellent surface protection and clean removability after curing, leaving no residue. These coatings are ideal for temporary surface protection in electronics, optics, and metalworking applications.

Features
Fast curing speed with good coating smoothness.
High elasticity and peel strength; can be peeled off in one piece by hand or with tools.
Suitable for peelable protection of surfaces such as PET plastic sheets.
Provides scratch protection for ITO film layers, mobile phone lenses, and touch screens, as well as wave soldering protection for PCB boards.
Applications
Temporary surface protection for PET films, ITO-coated glass, smartphone lenses, touchscreens, PCB boards, and other sensitive surfaces during manufacturing, transport, or assembly.
Precautions
Ensure the coating layer receives sufficient UV energy for complete curing to maintain peelable performance.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. Packaging 1KG/5KG/25KG/200KG per container
Tips: SQ-734000 series peelable coatings are ideal for temporary surface protection where clean removability is required.
Cold-Peel (SQ-734001) is suitable for standard conditions, while Heat-Peel (SQ-734002) is recommended when slight heating is allowed to aid peel removal.
