SQ-733002 Dual-Cure Structural/Positioning Adhesive （UV&Thermal)
Description
SQ-733002 is a dual-cure adhesive that combines UV curing with thermal curing. The UV-curable resin relies on photoinitiators to generate free radicals or cations under UV light, initiating crosslinking with advantages of fast curing (seconds) and low energy consumption, but it is less effective on opaque substrates or shaded areas.
The thermal-curable resin is triggered by heat to form a crosslinking reaction, enabling deep curing, but requires longer curing time (from several hours to days). The modified resin introduces dual-curing functional groups (UV-curable double bonds + thermal-curable reactive groups), enabling a synergistic effect of both mechanisms and achieving enhanced overall performance.

Precautions
1 Ensure sufficient UV and thermal curing to achieve the expected performance; insufficient curing may affect adhesive properties.
2 Do not return unused adhesive to the original container. Store sealed, away from light, at room temperature.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 1KG/5KG/25KG
