SQ-733001 Dual-Cure Peelable/Release Adhesive （UV&Thermal)
Description
SQ-733001 is a dual-curing adhesive designed with both thermal and UV curing mechanisms. It provides strong adhesion before UV exposure, enabling stable fixation, and significantly reduced adhesion after UV curing, allowing easy peel-off without residue. This makes it ideal for temporary protection and lamination processes. The adhesive can be applied on PVC, PET, TPU, PC, and other film substrates via roller coating or screen printing.

Construction technology
1 Recommended coating method: roller coating. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
2 Product may be diluted with solvent prior to use. Shake well to ensure uniformity.
3 During roller coating, adhesive is transferred via patterned roller—follow equipment manufacturer’s guidance.
4 After coating, bake at 80°C for 3–5 minutes.
5 Apply release liner and rewind after thermal curing.
6 Clean all equipment thoroughly with organic solvent after coating.
Construction process
Unwinding → Roller coating → Thermal baking → Apply release liner → Rewind → Slitting → Forming → Peel off release liner → Laminate to glass (or other workpiece) → UV curing (LED or mercury lamp) → Peel off adhesive layer
Precautions
1 Ensure sufficient thermal and UV curing to achieve optimal performance; insufficient curing may affect adhesive properties.
2 Do not return unused adhesive to the original container. Store sealed, away from light, at room temperature.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 1KG/5KG/25KG
Tips: SQ-733001 is dual-curing adhesive which has the characristics after thermal curing: higher peel strength and strong adhesion; after UV curing: low peel force, easy release.
