SQ-710006 UV Transfer/Casting Coating for PET
Description
SQ-710006 is a one-component UV-curable coating designed for forming textures and structures on PET substrates via mold transfer. It can be applied through small manual molds for batch production or by automated, high-capacity processes such as roller transfer or texture film transfer.
Typical applications include decorative textures and molding for mobile phone protective films, phone cases, decorative panels, and home appliances.
The coating features excellent release properties, UV aging resistance, scratch and abrasion resistance.

Processing Guide
1.Clean the substrate surface.
2.Pour the coating into the metal mold, align PET with the mold, and use a roller to press out bubbles and level the coating.
3.Cure with a UV lamp (265 nm or 395 nm) placed close to the coating for faster curing.
4.Peel PET from the mold; the cured layer will release completely and transfer to the PC surface.
5.If curing is incomplete, continue UV exposure until fully cured.
Typical Process Flow
Unwinding → Coating on treated release film → Mold roller pressing → UV curing → Demolding → Rewinding → Ink printing → Slitting → Molding → Injection molding → Removing PET film → Apply hard coating
Precautions
1. Ensure sufficient UV energy for complete curing; insufficient curing will affect performance.
2. Do not return unused coating to the original container. Store sealed, away from light, at room temperature.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 5kg/25kg/ 200kg per container
Tips: SQ-710006 offers excellent scratch and abrasion resistance.
