Coating technology:
Base preparation - floor humidity does not exceed 4%, clean, level
Concrete base is primed, the base is completely treated with "Polyplast deep penetrating soil". Apply primer in at least two layers (maximum consumption 160 g/m2 layer) until a glossy base that does not absorb liquids is obtained
Application of self-leveling flooring "Poliplast-UR". The construction of self-leveling flooring should start within 4-12 hours after the application of primer, and no later than 24 hours
Preparation of self-leveling flooring composition - mix components A and B, stir for 10-15 minutes (the ready mixture is used for 1 hour)
Application is carried out by pouring method, the normal amount of mixture is 1.5-4.0 kg/m2
Spread the mixture evenly on the surface until the desired thickness is reached with a rubber broom or notched trowel. During the application process, the coating is also rolled with a needle roller.
