The formulation is a transparent liquid with adjustable viscosity, making it suitable for roller coating and screen printing. It can be applied to PVC, PET, TPU, PC and other common substrates used in electronics and industrial manufacturing.

Flexible Coating and Curing Conditions
Typical coating thickness ranges from 10–30 μm. A short thermal bake (around 80 °C for several minutes) helps set the layer, followed by UV exposure using LED or mercury lamps before peeling. Parameters can be adjusted to match different production lines.
